It has been almost 1 year that I Returned this Useless Product & called them Repeatedly to give me a Refund. They keep saying they will do, we will do it
& never did it.

Several times (unable to Answer my Powerful "Why" questions they used to take my name & Tel No to hand over Ms.Cudat, the Manager). Ms.Cudat the
Manager never called me either. Last Month I called them & they said the Check has been mailed couple of
months ago & if you haven't received it, as per Canadian Law you have to wait 4 months
to complain about it & then they will cancel & Re-Issue me another one. (Wow! what a wonderful way to Delay the process so that I will give up).

While I was asking more inquiring questions she put me on hold & they the line was cut off. It has been Marvelous Experience dealing with J.D Marvel since last one year.

I have never came across any company which beats around the bushes to give a mere $28 refund. (I am very persistent person & I have marked my calendar to call them in March 2004).

This is a company which makes $oney Hook or Crook & get away with as many loopholes in International Mail-Order Business.

So you have to wait four months to complain per Canadian law! In Virginia we have a name for things like that [think bull-pasture patties here folks] and I would pester the Attorney General of New York until they admit to you that there is a problem with this and many other companies who maintain a 'presence' in Champlain, New York.



No legitimate company that values its customer base will make you wait four months for a $28.00 refund!



That very action alone tells me that they are either outright crooks or so badly organized as to look like crooks. The point is that they need some help from the authorities to make them treat their customers right.
