My check was cashed July 31st for 3 pairs of slippers, I called the company long distance several times and they put me on hold then after several minutes past they told me they were shipped a month ago.

The next time I called they said the slippers were on back order. It has been 4 months now what happened to the slippers? I never received them. Today is 11-14-03
