JD Marvel Products victimized many consumers! Never delivered my order, but stole my money Hawkesbury Ontario

In Dec/02 I ordered address labels from a mail flyer I received from JD Marvel. Jan 7/03 - my check was cashed Feb (biginning)/03 - phoned to enquire where my order was, told it could take 5 wks from the date check cashed. March (beginning)/03 - still no product, phoned again (very difficult to get through, busy signal, put on hold for prolonged periods of time), assured labels would be sent out in the next 5 days. March 28/03 - still no labels, therefore I phoned back. Told that labels where sent out the day before, should receive no later than 5 business days. April 22/03 - you guessed it, no labels. Phoned AGAIN....told to give it another 10 days. Refused, saying I want something done, ie...money returned. Reiterated that I was told my product was definitely sent out on March 27/03, operatory had no response to this. Demanded to speak to a supervisor, and of course no supervisor available. Operator took my phone number and assured me that a supervisor would DEFINITELY call me back within a few hours. As of tonight (April 25/03), no call yet received (surprise, surprise!!). I will be spreading my story about JD Marvel to as many people as I can.....I would love to see the demise of this company!! Jen Bradford, Ontario
