JD MARVEL PRODUCTS ripoff consumer fraud ripoff New York

I have previously reported how I ordered a German Style Cuckoo Clock from JD Marvel Products Inc. and they cashed my check within a couple weeks of me ordering, back on March 5, 2003 and not receiving anything in return I've called the two numbers I have for the company and no one answers, I contacted the newspaper where I found the advertisment they informed me of the company they got the advertsment from and I made my complaint with them and now in waiting to hear back from them. ( refer to my other reports on file for the information I'm talking about) I am including a copy of the original advertised picture of course minus the order form as it was sent to JD Marvel with my check.
