Jdbyrider, Car Store ripoff, Questionable buisness practices Louisville Kentucky

I was just in kentucky this past summer (july) and they have signs all over louisville where there are lawsuits against this company. I specifically recall one on a tarc bus stop on ninth street (just got off the expressway) going towards broadway...If you get the time you can go see it for yourself and take down the number and possibly get involved in the class action lawsuit that they are forming against this company!

With that said, I have a load with toyota motor corporation....

They dont really give a rats hindparts about my current health situation. I signed a contract and I have a car the belongs to them that I want to buy. I would guess that if I called them with some health complaint that although they might not be rude, they might as well be because the answer would be the same (some version of "tough noggies"). I can't say I blame them. I would think that your mortgage company or landlord feels the same way. If your husband's health does in prove he might consider AFLAC or some other insurance that would assist if he were to become disabled.

Beyond that I dont think that jd buyrider commited fraud by not allowing you to lower your payments. Poor customer service, maybe but fraud NO !

Believe it or not, I do hope your husband's health does improve!
