They cashed my check; did not send merchandise .....

Sent check to J. D. Marvel Products on September 24, 2002. Check was cashed on 10-04-02, but no merchandise was received. I do not care about the merchandise, but would like my money back.

Cannot reach customer service as the phone line always rings busy. The check was written for $16.90 for a ClearVue Super Booster Indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antenna which was in a flyer with the Johnson-City Press, sunday issue.
