Jewelry by Ezra rip-off! I paid for an item but never recieved it. New York New York

I purchased 2 items from jewelrybyezra. I was sent the way less expensive item. I've never recieved the braclet i paid for. E-mailed time & time again was told to give it more time. Than when i wanted a refund i was told to be patient they would pass it on to customer service & they would get to it when it was my turn.

Still i haven't heard anything about it that was over 2 weeks ago. Its been almost 2 months since i purchased the merchandise & nothing is solved. people like this shouldn't be able to run a business if they are going to rip people off!!
