Jill Poor Quality Meats: No follow up from company after filing complaint Farmington Hills Michigan

Door sale of meat product from this company was a terrible experience. The salesmen claim the meat is of highest quality, but I purchased steaks, chicken and pork products, all of which were of poorer quality than my market. The pork and steak was tough and highly fatty and the chicken was rubbry, even when I used their website for cooking instructions. Now I have a freezer full of disgusting meat from Iowa Steak and am going to file a small claims court case if I do not receive a prorated refund. I requested a prorated refund and was told that the company would make arrangements to come pick up the products remaining, but they have not done so in a reasonable amount of time. I have given them a month to do so. They say they will exchange anything you do not like for whatever reason, but if it is ALL disgusting, why would I want an exchange? If they are that certain that their meats are of such great quality, why would they not offer a guarantee of satisfaction. This company is a total scam and should be avoided.
