JK Harris & Company Submit fraudulent billing address to credit card companies. Asheville North Carolina

If you paid them with a citi Credit card and want your money returned because they have failed to do anything, you can call the credit card company. they tell you that they will return the monies on your card pending their investigation. Thirty or so days later, we got a letter from Citi Credit card telling us that because the business was located beyond the 100 mile radis of our home they would not charge the amount back to JK Harris.

The Credit card company said if we could get a physical address showing that this money was paid in the Asheville NC office then they would gladly refund our money charged on the card. I started online with the yellow pages and entered JK Harris, I was shocked that there were no listings in Asheville. Then I entered the address, up popped George W Morosani & Associates. The next morning I drove back to the location and when I went into the office I was told by the receptionist that they were no longer in the building. She did have a card of Edward Niemiera which she was kind enough to make me a copy of. However, the address is for the office in North Charleston and Spartanburg.

I have also submitted to the oversight committee my request for a refund but still have not even received a telephone call from them.

I guess I will have to file charges to get any where. They received the 1700.00 from the credit card charge, and $ 700.00 in cash. the total was 2400.00. They have done nothing.

I was wondering if the Attorney General for North Carolina or The North Carolina Bar Association would be helpful if I contacted them?
