JK Harris & Company misrepresented the services they would provide for tax relief assistance and prepared my tax returns incorrectly. Dallas Texas

This company contracted with me to provide tax relief with the IRS and to prepare my tax returns. They did prepare some of the returns. However, they were all prepared with incorrect information and had to be corrected by the IRS. In addition, the additional services they were to provide were never fulfilled and they continue to rip off people everyday and get away with it.

I have filed my complaint and it is currently ongoing with the BBB in Charleston, SC. JKH has changed the information in their responses to the BBB several times. They can't seemd to keep their records straight and the facts are misconstrued. They adjust the information as they go along to suit the situation. They have no regards for the everyday consumer or the law. They think they are above the law and that they cll the shots.

They clearly have a refund clause stated in their contract, but don't abde by their own words. They breached this contract, and I am requesting that they give me a refund. I would like to find others who are interested in a class action law suit against this company. Although, it may not help our situations, it may stop this company from doing this to others in the future.
