Have you priced wiper blades recently ? You have to bear in mind that the dealership is a business and they have to make a profit. No one can keep thousands of dollars of inventory in stock just to give it to you at cost. All the staff you see when you drive in and expect to greet you and service your vehicle would have no jobs because the business would be UNPROFITABLE. Do you ever eat out ?? Do you ever accuse the fast food restaurant of ripping you off simply because you can make an equivalent of their product for pennies on the dollar ??
