 In Nov. 1996 my husband and I purchased a home under a VA loan price of $138,000, the lender financed it for $140,000 in the year 1996. North America Mortgage company bought the VA loan sometime in the year 2002, Washinton Mutual bought the VA loan from North America Mortgage Company in 2002 in which they were both affiliated with each other.

 In August 2005 Washinton Mutual bank was harrassing us to transfer an open account that we had with PFF Bank and Trust for $80,300 which was the Home Equity line in Credit loan. They told us that they would refinance the VA loan that was $134.000 and combine the $80,300 home equity line in credit loan together to become one house payment of $1,359.72 and an interest rate of 5.75. We signed Preliminary paper work and they never called us for the final signatures for closing escrow.

We would call and call countless times to Washington Mutual Bank to find out what happened to the escrow and they wouldn't answer the phone. Next thing I know Washinton Mutual bank was permantely closed and out of business, but before they had closed there business they went to the county of San Bernanrdino and recorded an Equity Plus Deed of Trust for $164,000 plus $44,000 that we never borrowed from Washinton Mutual Bank. In May 2015 is when I had discovered all the money they stole from our property, so I called the Corporation of JP Morgan Chase bank for information regarding our original loan there answer to me was that my husband and I had borrowed over $200,000; in the year of 2006 and that if we didn't pay the $200,000 by Feburaury 16, 2016 that they would file for Forclosure.

Chase Bank totally took my husbands rights away even though, him being a VA that served his country, now 74 years old, didn't matter to them and putting my husband in a crucial position of possibly facing poverty and homelessness with his family in about 6 to 7 months from now, if no justice is served. My husband is 74 years of age, he does not need to be out on the streets homeless at that age, he should be able to enjoy and live the rest of his life retired and happy; not stressing, because of these people.

JP Morgan Chase Bank never showed me written proof of the money that they were talking about, that we owed even though they knew who cashed $44,000 in the year 2009, chase bank keeps telling us that the money was electronically transferred to us; but they wouldn't and will not show me any proof of those transfers. I've been paying $200 and now $134 every month in Interest for the past 8 or 9 years now. Chase bank tells me that they don't have any proof in paper about the $44,000 that I have to pay, but that they have it in their system and not on paper and that's why they can't give me the proof; but that I still have to pay they said.   

 I haven't paid the $134 this month towards the Interest because they haven't showed me proof yet of the $44,000 note that they're talking about. Me and my Husband feel stressed and terrorized about this situation considering they want to take our home away without any proof whatsoever. We have to remember that JP Morgan Chase Bank has hundreds of thousands of VA loans through the country and their institutions, so my question is, what happens to one VA can happen to another VA; is that the future for chase bank on VA loans.
