They said i won over 1 million dollars. Usually i wouldnt  believe a scam like that,but i have been playing publishers clearing house sweepstakes alot and thought the letter was from them. It was not. PCH is the only thing i play so i think they got my info from there some how. they wanted me to pay $12.99 to get things started. no phone number,email address, or a real physical address. the letter looked so real i thought i won. i feel so bad........

JUDGING OFFICE & DECISIONS CENTER Larry Hourd I've recieved this Letter today 1/27/15 it was a certified award and provision of payment with a verifed ID Nimber. With two different opions of A & on which payment you wither recieve which is the lump sum of 1,230,946.00 or a 30 year cash Aunnuity of 2,000,000,00. I was over excited on getting this letter knowing that I am in a financial bind right now. I felt like now I can be bill free,get my credit back in order...so I went on and on..but when I read that they want 12.99 for a rush process my excitment dropped to the bottom of me feet. I then got on Google and found out that it's a ripoff...I'm very mad right now how could they just go around doing people like this! I want something done about them. Kansas City Kansas
