Tech Butler Deception, fraud, theft, crooks! Dallas Texas

These guys are only after the membership money! After that, you're worthless to them! Their "technicians" have no clue as to what they're doing. Booking a service call is next to impossible.  And if you do, the tech either never shows up, or you get some incompetent remote tech in indiana that only talks your ear off and never fixes your issue!  They forcefully set you up as a "automatic renewal" and you have to jump through a thousand hoops to cancel your contract!  In which case I had to tell my bank to block any transactions from them because they will renew your contract even after you cancel it!  Avoid yourself a headche a never call these crooks for computer help!  They have screwed over myself, my father-in-law and all my friends that used them.  They used to be great when Jacob and Ashley ran things, but now that they're gone, This company has gone down the gutter!!!  P.S. If anyone knows Jacobs contact number, Please post it!  He is a wonderful computer guru and Tech Butler wasn't worthy of him!  I'm glad he left this God aweful company!
