Julia's Bra Shop bad customer service, order never arrived Internet

Avoid this "store" Julia's Bra Shop.I placed an order on April 9th and they cashed the money right away.
They promised to deliver on April 29. That was the one and only email I got from them (I wrote them 6 times and phone calls and messages ....).

On May 5 th I called again to cancel the order because .... obviously the order never arrived. I have to wait 10-12 more days to see if I'll ever see my money back.
No need to say : no email to confirm shippment or to update customer for items out of stock (if that was the case) .... just no reply.
