Do not do business with this place! Yes, they advertise good deals, but don't be fooled. Before you try ordering anything from them try calling their number. Good luck, it will be a constant busy signal. I ordered two items from them. I thought I had clicked on the box that said "credit card". Instead it took me right to "Pay Pal." I had a PayPal account so figured it was safe to buy using PayPal. WRONG! They only sent me one of my items saying that the other color was "on back order" and would be sent when it came in. WRONG AGAIN! I was immediately charged for both items. After two months of hearing nothing, I emailed customer service and told them to just send me the same item as the one they did send previously. I also questioned why they charged me for something that hadn't been sent yet. Their customer service page promises to send a return reply by the following business day. DOUBLE WRONG AGAIN! I waited another month and tried a second email to customer service. Never heard a word. So then I contacted PayPal, thinking they would get my money back for me. TRIPLE WRONG!!! They had me file a resolution claim which is a big hassle. I had to write everything up again and then give Julia's Bra Shop a chance to respond to my complaint. Then after another 15 days if Julia's Bra Shop didn't attempt to resolve my issue, then PayPal would take it from there. I'm not going to say quadruple wrong, but alas, I was wronged again. After being on the phone with PayPal for 30 minutes I finally got a supervisor to tell me that just because I paid with PayPal doesn't mean I am buying with any kind of guarantee. So I had to go through all that hassle when from the very start PayPal would have done nothing to help my case anyway. So long story short...don't buy from Julia's Bra Shop!!! This is just an internet site and there's no way they are a reputable business. The site claims that they have a 100% guarantee...Bull#@$%!
