I need help collecting all the names that Juniper Bank has cheated by ripping the upper right-hand corner of their payment envelope, and then claiming it's the post office's fault. They then charge you interest and/or late fee and/or raise your interest rate.

There must be thousands of you out there. Here are possible elements to the Method of Operation: Just after 6 months of activation; approaching the credit limit; you usually pay off the entire bill every month-- usually mail it in one to three days after you receive the bill.

The envelope with your original check and statement in it has the upper right corner torn off so that none of the original billing information is on what remains. The upper right-hand corner of your check has the dollar amount and date torn off, but NOT the acount number ("for") nor your signature.

I mailed my check on April 4, the rejection notice was dated April 14, the postmark was April 18, and I received the notice on April 22. When I received their notice, I photo copied all the documents-- including my NEW check and a hand written note telling them to close my account.

I paid their fraudulent service charges, too because I'm betting that they are too greedy (as most criminals are) to quit while they are ahead. I bet they are going to try some other cheap, 8th grade scheme to steal another $50 or so from me.

When they do, I want to go after them with everything I have including a Postal Service investigation.

These guys need to spend time with the Enron and Worldcom folks on a long vacation where the most popular sport is avoiding sodomy.
