I closed my Juniper account because they called me after I had made a Full payment by telephone. I paid the complete balance off including a $38. over limit fee in November.

I received a bill for an additional $38. over limit fee in December showing the account was closed.
I refuse to pay the fee twice when I paid the full balance off...paid what they say I owed.

I called and spoke to two representatives who both treated me badly because I was upset and angry. The both refused to credit my account for the $38. and say I still owe it even though it was charged to me after I paid the full amount due.??????????

If you think about these illegal, or nearly illegal, practices, you understand that they are stealing from millions of people. If they charge 1,000,000 people $38., they just made an easy 38,000,000 dollars with just a stroke of the computer.....wish we could all make money this easy.

I wonder what my next over limit fee will be on my next bill on this closed account??????

If you even think about doing business with this company, I suggest you STOP....don't do it!!!!

Delores,

I admit that I went over the limit in november, due to circumstances beyond my control. I had no problem paying the $38 over-limit fee as it was my fault. But in this recent statement (1/5/05) I was charged again. When I called I recieved a wall of "NO" and a bunch of crap.
