Juniper Bank raised my interest rates and later charged a late fee for early payment Ripoff Wilmington Delaware

Juniper bank raised my interest rates and offered no explanation for doing so other than that they had the "right" to raise them. My account was in good standing when this happened. They also issued me a late fee for paying my monthly online payment too early. They refused to credit me for this. I contacted their customer service several times and they were never able to work with me, as their "policy" did not allow it. I have closed my account with Juniper Bank. They are the one of the worst credit institutions I have had to deal with. With my experience it seems that Juniper Bank will make a friendly introduction and do their best to try to rip you off at a later date.
