junisse I ordered the eye serum from a very happy sales person , Avena I think was her name.  Internet

when I wanted to cancel she was rude hateful and to stop talking so she could explain. they already took the $98.00 out of my banking acc. when i called again and spoke to taylor and wanted to check the status of my refund it , she said it won't be sent until they get the trial product back. I ask to speak to the return dept. guess what they don't have a number.

My complaint is with Junisse eye serum.  I recieved the free trial for $4.95 ,which was not free after all. they took $98.00 from my checking acct. which I am still trying to get back. even if I return the product they don't know if I get a refund because it has been opened. There is no refund dept. to speak to no supervisor .You are pretty much at their mercy. They make up their own new rules each time you speeak to them.
