I decided to try juno internet last month because they claimed to be "turbo" charged and fast at a cheap price. I cancelled my highspeed service (big mistake) and signed up. Imediately I had nothing but problems, I was kicked off every 15 minutes, the computer froze, basically the service just sucked.

I tried calling technical support only to find out that they would not help me unless I paid 1.99 a minute to speak to tech support. so I stuck it out for a month until I could get my highspeed service back. My billing cycle ended on the 15th, and my ill was due theyrestricted my internet service until I paid for the new month in advance. I could not find a free number to cancel my service so I had to pay for the month of April and may in advance to get my service going again just to get online to cancel.

finally I got through to someone who barely spoke english who spent 45 minutes trying to get me to agree to keep my service, my response was no, no, no, no. they did everything from offer me free service for a month, to then trying to convince me to keep their service as a backup for when my cable internet was down. I explained to her that all I wanted was to cancel my service and be refunded for the month I had to pay that I will not be using. she would not give me a refund even though it was only 2 day after my billing cycle started.

Finally I put my husband on the phone with her because she was persistant imaking me keep some sort of service that will allow them to get my money. I still at this point needed tech support, I could not uninstall the antivirus program that they included with their service, it wanted a password and I never created one. It was blocking me from accessing my email, and web sites. I call them back and tell them that I want all of their software off my computer. This time its another non english speaking man who tells me he can not offer me any help because I am not a subscriber. So i said since I am not a subscriber I want a refund for the month you just charged me for. he refused, I said once again I WANT THIS SOFTWARE OFF MY COMPUTER!! he said I can refer you to tech support, I said I am not paying 2.00 a minute to get rid of your crappy service, i then asked to speak to his supervisor, after 15 minutes she gets on the phone, I said LOOK I NEED THE PASSWORD TO REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT FROM MY COMPUTER, she said I can refer you to tech support, I said is it free I am not paying you guys anymore money. she said yes it was free so I took the number down and got off the phone. I called the number and low and behold it was the 1.99 a minute tech support.
