On or about 10-27-2017 I bought travel insurance and air tickets on a trip planned to Oaxaca, Mexico on AmEx and discovered that AmEx provides trip insurance for ~17% of Justfly charge- I canceled Justfly trip insurance within the stated deadline. Subsequently canceled trip because of illness. AmEx refunded my premium. Justfly to refund charges refused after AmEx investigated
