I originally booked a flight #1 WNG - LAX $891 and realized due to a family emergency that I needed to stay longer. So I booked another flight #2 WNG - LAX $695. We I called to cancel the flight #1 WNG - LAX I was told that it was non-refundable (only for credit $891). The agent cancelled my flight #2 WNG - LAX as it was only booked 30 min ago and told me he could use the $891 credit to re-book the flight for the cheaper fare + the change fee charges leaving a credit of $30. I thought this was wonderful and felt satisfied. He said a confirmation email would arrive in 24 hrs.
The problem arose when the confirmation email never came.
I received an email saying "Your Justfly.com Reservation (# 019-020-111) requires immediate attention. "
At 9pm 7/24 I called straight way. The first agent sent me the booking confirmation with the total price being $1,131.87 USD, but the online version said the booking cost $891. No-one was able to tell me what exactly was charged to my CC. It was 10pm and the put me through to another agent who then told me that the original agent should not have told me he could change the flight for the cheaper flight as rebooking this particular flight had to be for of equal fare and subject to a different class so the fare was going to be even more expensive. They then wants to charge me more money $300 and at that point it was 10.30pm and I wanted to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was on lunch so REY said he would call me back in an hour. 1.5hrs later it was midnight when I got a call back and I got the same story and NO supervisor. They then said they could review the taped transcript of the conversation I had with the original agent ... OMG. I am waiting for a call back tonight.
I am extremely frustrated with the amount of time I am wasting on this when it was not my incompetence
I called Qantas and they said that JustFly could cancel my flight if the new charges were not paid .. I am at my wits end.

It is now the 2 of Aug and the issue is still not resolved, and the next agent I spoke to said that the agent REY never even requested the recording of my original conversation. I spoke to CATE #3222CC.
IT SEEMS LIKE THE NOTES THAT ARE MADE ARE ONLY FAVORABLE TO JUSTLY AND DO NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL CONVERSATIONS AND PROBLEMS … SO NOTHING CAN BE DONE
I am normally a very calm person but found myself throwing profanities at this booking agency because ever step is so frustrating.
So I just have had to pay the additional fees of $433.06, they refunded the $150 fee THIS HAS BEEN SUCH A NIGHTMARE …. I WISH I HAD NEVER BOOKED WITH JUSTFLY
