Please be advised, I am a former employee of the company(s) Intercept Group, Consumer Intercept, and Campus Intercept. I have been working for these comapnies for the past two months and during my employment period I have been discriminated against by the Production Manager, Justin White.
On several occassions he cornered me in the field accussing me of being "not right for the team" once I clarrified this comment with Justin he said it had nothing to do with my personality, nor my experience and presentation, but something else. I told him for the record if it had nothing to do with these matters than it would have to be because of my religous beleifs. On two occassions Justin White bullied me because of my religous beliefs and tried to let me go on several occassions for them.
I told him that I was a proud 23 year old Jewish man who would not turn my back against my people, thus giving my resignation to the company and letting them know about this matter. I recieved a call from an angry Justin White later that day resulting in further persecution and screaming over the phone. After the phone call I wrote a letter to the CEO Andrew Au, Jessica Walker the laison and Daisy Magboo the Human Resource contact, reporting that I felt discomforted and ratially discriminated against and wishing to be compensated for the actions his employee set fourth.
At this moment, I am letting my lawyer step in with the Labor Board of Ontario in hopes to resolve this matter and be compensated my negotiated pay for the 11 weeks of the tour I was working on. I want to let the public know that Justin White discriminated against ratial backgrounds. He looses his temper fast and takes it out on other employees around him. Please watch out for this company and fellow employees. They forget to send out paychecks and I have gone weeks on end without being able to eat because of it!

After reading this post I am in complete shock. I had to weigh in on this conversation, and tell very different story of my own experience with Intercept Group and all members of the office; including Justin White.
I too happen to be a proud 23 year old Jewish male who has worked with Intercept group for just under 3 years now on various contracts. I started as a brand ambassador and through the help of Justin and others I was given the opportunity to act as Field Manger on multiple events and tours throughout those three years. All of which were amazing experiences.
Never have I once felt discriminated against nor looked down upon because of my religion or any uncalled for reason for that matter. I have also never witnessed any member of one of my teams or heard of co-workers fall victim to anything but a positive working and learning environment. The only time I ever saw other co-workers being reprehended was for completely legitimate reasons. In fact, the Intercept Group office is one of the most diverse teams I have had the pleasure to be a part of.
In respects to Justin, our relationship may have been founded on him being my “boss” or employer, but we quickly became and still remain great friends. Any accusation against his character and feelings on religion quite frankly don’t make any sense from my prospective, since I am also a 23-year-old Jewish Male.
In summary, I have nothing but respect for Justin White, and find these accusations to be unwarranted from my perspective. I have nothing but positive experiences to tell from my history with the Intercept group team and would and continue to recommend them as both employers and a reputable company.
