Kami Shade Michelle, Taleen, Kami lied about delivery Los Angeles, California

My experience with this company is the worst experience I've ever encountered.  When I placed my order I waited 3 days on shipping information.  I called several times and after about 11 calls someone finally answers.  A young man informs me that my tshirt top was in production,  yes he said production.  I expressed my concern about me paying for shipping versus the free shipping because I wanted my order sooner.  He repeatedly stated that the tshirt was being maid. My question to him was, why would I pay for shipping and not except the free shipping if iwanted my order to arrive, only god knows when. 

He informed me that it wasn't his fault that I paid for shipping.  He went back and forth with me even to the point of asking me to cancel my order. Shortly there after,  he hung up in my face. I sent an email to the address that's provided on the website.  I explained the entire exchange between the rude representative and myself. 

Late that same night I received an email apologizing for my horrible encounter with their representative.  I was also told that I would receive shipping and tracking information in about two more days.  Needless to say, that never happened. I emailed them again looking for my order, again i was told I woukd have my tshirt by the end of the week.  Never received it. I emailed a 3rd time and was told thst my shipping fee would be returned and the $6.99 was in my account the very next day.  

After 10 emails back and forth I asked them to cancel my order and to refund my money.  I was told thst my order would be shipped in three days,  I responded and demanded that my money be refunded. I then receive an email stating that my refund would be processed in almost two weeks,  and at this point I'm furious. I asked why would it take so long to return my money.  I was told to refer to the previous email. Extremely upset but I waited.  On tbe date that I was given for my refund to be processed,  needless to say,  no confirmation that a refund had been processed.  I had to email them again.  Finally almost a month from the initial order date, I finally received an email that a refund had been submitted.  Still waiting for it to be placed in my account. 

If anyone shop on their website,  please be advised that you are truly taking a chance on having a horrible experience.  This company is ridiculous.
