Kami-shade HORRIBLE QUALITY AND SERVICE!!! Ordered sequin dress and was of poor quality with missing patches on dress. Was offered store credit only but didn't have the same dress anymore. Knock off cheap clothi Los Angeles , California

Ordered a sequin dress from kamishade.com. Received a dress missing multiple lines of sequins. When complained to get a new dress I was told they didn't have anymore of that design.

I told them I just wanted my money back cause I now was in a rush to get a dress for a important occasion. They only offered store credit to purchase another horrible dress from a company that only has one person in which you can voice complaints in which he was very rude and lacked sincerity about my issue.

When I asked to speak to the designer he stated that the designer does not speak with the customers. I sent back the dress and never received a refund and the company was just fine with how upset I was and dissatisfied with them. Just shows how bad the customer relations are at this place!
