Recently I recieved a flier in the mail from Karl Malone Toyota. It stated that I had already one two out of five listed prizes. I got online to www.redhotevent.com as recommended and filled out a questionaire. When I finnished it stated that I had won three out of the five possible prizes. I went to the dealership on the designated day and spoke with a sales rep. While I was looking at a new vehicle, I showed the flier to the saleman and ask what I had won. He went to ask his supervisor and when he returned he told me that I would only win something if I purchased a car today!!!!!! What's with this? How can this kind of deceptive advertising be going on? Needless to say I will never be buying a Toyota in the future and I will be sure to let Toyota know this.

When I brought my Jetta for an "oil and filter special" service, my window was broken and my radio was stolen and the dealer said he wasn't responsible. He said that if they had to reimburse every customer they had it would bankrupt their delarship. What a piece of crap...now there isn't anything that would bring me satisfaction if they closed their doors forever.
