I tried to cancel the Kazaa Gold during the 7 day trial period (on day 2). I could find no way to contact Kazaa Support or any other working email address to issue the request for cancellation.
Upon investigation of the site, I located many dissatisfied customers, but no one who could tell me how to cancel the product.
