Kazaa Gold, Sharman Networks bait & switch advertizing Ripoff Brandon Florida

I joined Kazaa Gold on October 12, 2006. I was charged two years in advance (10-12 *DEBIT AUTHORIZATION AT 13:51 MYKAZAAGOLD-MUSIC. BENO $ 32.51) I did not expect to be charged two years in advance & was not aware of Kazaa's nefarious reputation. They have paid some $115 million in lawsuits for pirating copyrighted work. They also have some 76 complaints with your organization and over 30 complaints on rip-off report's website. I was a victim of classic bait & switch advertising. I wanted an album by Bob Forrest called Modern Folk and Blues: Wednesday. I looked on the site before I signed up & the site claimed to have the album in its entirety. When I joined it turned out the site did not have the album. I also wound up with all kinds of advertising Viruses, ad-ware & spy-ware. They have not responded to my email attempts at a refund & their phone number (206-686-3990) is bogus, you can't get a human on the line ever.
