I too have been ripped off by Kazaa Gold! I paid the $29.95 and now I can no longer use their services. I have found out that they do NOT have a customer service phone number, only a email address.

After emailing them twice, I was told to uninstall and reinstall. I did but then I could never connect!!
I was really angry by now.

Then Kazaa sent me instructions on what to do if your firewall was blocking it. That was no help either. I have asked for a refund, lol let's see who gets one first.

We have been ripped off and the sad thing is that they have gotten away with it!
