This Auto Sales Company sold me an old vehicule twice its value with a very high mileage and an unplugged odometer.Underneat the car there are leaks everywhere. The car cost me almost almost 14,000$ . The car overheats, smokes and shakes a lot. They lied to me to just sell their car.BE CAREFUL BUYING A CAR AT THAT PLACE.
He also didn't want me to take the car to another garage. I went to several certified places to check upon that car that I just have got. They all said that a vehicule for almost 14,000 $ should at least be certified. The shocks and strucks are not good, the transmission is leaking and even the speakers are all damaged. Nobody can even listen to the radio. The headlights are foggy and the brakes almost finished.
The only thing that was a least nice on the car was its new paint. I refused to make a payment as long as the vehicule was not drivable. Now he ceased the car, don't want to give me my money back. As an excuse he said that he was going to get me another car more affordable for me to pay after he recognized that the car was full of problems from he mecanic.
Like he knows how much I got in my account (*&*&*).He wants to rip me off,but I won't let him do it because I worked hard for my money.I will take him to the court and fight for my right. I will not going to let it go because we have to fight those who try to take advantage on people to build their fortune.
All I want is my money back in order to get me another car.I am about to lose my job and haven't been to school from the day they tow the car. From now on, ANYBODY who wants to deal with KELLIE AUTO SALES AT 4949 WEST BRAOD STREET IN COLUMBUS-OHIO SHOULD BE VERY VERY CAREFUL.
My history is not done yet because I have so much to say about this> that they ARE running overthere. The OWNER AND HIS CREW will SMILE AT YOU AND EVEN LAUGH with big teeths out TO EVERYTHING you say just to get you into their game. But dealing with me will be the end of their game because I won't stop here until I get my money back.
ALready aware at school, most of the students promessed to avoid that place and I am not done yet. WE GOT TO FIGHT THOSE WHO THINK THAT THEY SMARTER THAN THE OTHERS.PS:He took the car just to sell it to another innocent guy just to take advantage of him.For more information please contact me at my e-mail adress or give me a call./.

I Have Just One Question.

To the readers, I have but one question for this consumer. Oh, I am sorry, maybe two questions if I may.
1.) Why would you come all the way from the great state of Florida to the cow town of Columbus, Ohio to purchase a vehicle?
2.) If the vehicle was in the shape in which you have discrided, How did you make it back to Florida? I am sorry, again, just a few more questions popped in my mind.
3.) Why did you not take the vehicle and have it checked out BEFORE you purchased it? After all you knew, even thought the dealer did not know that you were planning to take the vehicle outside of their jurisdiction.
4.) and finally, Was it always your intentions to defraud the dealer by making a trip all the way from Florida to Columbus, Ohio, possibly provide them with false contact information with the hopes of them never finding out that you took their collateral totally out of their reach?
NOW, we see, your plan "BACK FIRED". Goes to show, "DEAD BEATS" never win.

Kellie Auto Sales made good on a promise!

My husband bought 2 cars and we had nightmares with both. After calling and coming in on numerous occasions getting no where with the staff, Raymond (the manager) called us after hearing how unhappy we were. He assured us he would do everything he can to rectify the situation and that he did!
Yesterday he called and asked us to come on in and he would make things better, he went out of his way to find us a car that we would be happy with....
We had 3 of our children with us ages 2,4, and 6. They were a little restless as we were there for a few hours trying to find the perfect car..
The staff greeted us and spoiled our kids rotten. Filled them with goodies, popcorn, soda, balloons and iCarly LOL!!!
After a long evening we found the right car, in good running condition and the perfect for our family. Raymond even went out of his way to make sure we were leaving with no money out of our pockets, happy and content.
By 10:30 (which was 2 1/2 hours after closing) we finally were done and as we were leaving Raymond handed me some cash and told me to put gas in the van and buy my kids a pizza!!! How awesome is that?
So after all was said and done and after being very frustrated Kellie Auto Sales made it all right!
Thank you Raymond and Mauricio for all your help and patience, for making things right and spoiling my babies... I will recommend you to anyone who may be looking for a car and willbe returning to find another vehicle very soon!

I wanted to know if you got a lawyer and if so what did they say. I am in the same boat as you and am looking for people to file a large suit against them for fraud and all sorts of things. I am contacting the media and plastering them all over the news. Let me know if you have gotten anywhere with this. I am about to be there worst nightmare. Wish I had known all this before I bought from them...

Looking for a car is not easy an easy business. You will have all sort of propositions, everybody telling you his point of view, and sometimes gets you even confused into your decisions.
I am not a mechanic but I do know about cars. The first day we test drove the car I told them about some of the problems such as : shakes, stability and the brakes. It was also the reason why I next day following the purchase I started to see some of the most trusted of the city to just tell me what's going on with this car that I just got.
When I first told him about the car and showed him the estimate of three different places to fix the vehicle,he told me : THOSE PEOPLE JUST WANT YOU TO SPEND YOUR MONEY; DON'T LISTEN TO THEM and always come to me if there is a problem with the car.
I've never trusted his sort of mechanics with to licences no nothing.Plus, the law said something concerning the used cars and the cardealers. He talked to me just like he was talking to his little kid at home.
Now he is the one trying to rip me off. A 14,000$ must be something under warranty, but I will talk about that with these tithes in front of the judges at the court. NOT DONE YET.

You bought an OLD used car with HIGH mileage that has leaks EVERYWHERE underneath it and also OVERHEATS, SMOKES, and SHAKES ALOT? For $14000??!!
You took it to a mechanic to be checked AFTER you bought it? If they didnt want you to take it to a mechanic of your choice to be checked, wasnt that a CLUE that it wasnt in good shape?
Did you even LOOK at this car before you BOUGHT it?
You didnt see ANY of these problems beforehand?
Was this a BUY HERE/PAY HERE lot?
I certainly hope so because for $14000 I could buy TWO NEW (or almost new) cars.
When did they lie to you? And about what?
