Ken Grody Ford rude Carlsbad California

My 2008 Ford F250 had a burning smell while I was driving on the freeway I immediatly started to pull off freeway when black smoke filled the whole cab of my truck! By the time I got myself and my dog out and called 911 the whole interior of my truck was ingulfed in flames. I had the truck towed directly to Ken Grody Ford where I purchased it and the service manager and sales manager told me to get the truck off the lot that they could not do anything about it and take it to a body shop. This is a 2008 custom ordered F250 Lariat under full warranty with 19,000 miles. No offer of a car to drive, no help at all from them they just wanted that burned up truck off the lot as soon as possible.This was my 3rd custom orderd truck from Ken Grody you think if this is how they treat a 3 time return customer.
