Kensington Assistance Agency mailed a postcard to apply for grants and other benefits in cash or in cash equivalent. $299.99 was deducted out of my personal bank account to begin the process of applying for a grant.

Upon receiving questionnare, I tried to notify the agency with a question and found out that both the email address and toll free number which business hours are between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. eastern standard time, Mon.-Fri.

Please assist me in receiving my $299.99 back.
