I receive a green telegram (postcard) from this Company In June 2006. On the postcard, it say you can receive a grant from 5,000 and up. So, I call the number. They told me that need to take $299.97 from my checking account to process my application and send me some more documents to fill out. I thought this company was legimate. I gave them my information, the money was remove on June 16,2006.

Then, after a week I call Customer Service and told that the Documents will be mail to me in couple of weeks. I never receive any documents. I have try call Customer Service. But, the company number is disconnected. All, I want is refund of my money.

Can you please help me?

I call the 1-866-889-1903, they told I should have my refund on October 2, 2006. I never receive anything. Should I get a lawyer involve or continue to call them and keep get the run-around.
