I have been a Key Bank customer for over 10 yrs. Now without notice or explaination I am losing $25/month on "service charges".  No changes in my banking activity, I maintain over 10,000 in an account I now this!  On top of this banking behavior I recently paid off an automobile loan but have been getting the run around by "service" to receive my title!  Is Key Bank taking banking lessons from Cyprus?
