Keyless4u - Jackie Parsons Sold me a product that will not work. No Refund No product support. Rip-off business of the 1st order Wellsboro Pennsylvania

Jackie Parsons of KeylessRemotes4u sold me a remote key that to this point cannot be made to work.  The website says that keyless4u can provide programmings instructions for remotes.  They do not.  I have a Mercedes e350 for which there are not instructions on the site.

The website also say about 50% of Mercedes shops will program the remote.  The other 50% will say they don't know how.  The Mercedes Benz dealership in Jackson, MS told me that what Keyless4u is doing/selling is illegal.  I'm not certain if that it is true or not. 

I have both written and telephone Ms. Parsons requesting that she provide just one business in the United States that will program this key.  In the past I have requested a refund and been rebuffed.  This has gone on for five months.

If Ms. Parsons does not respond in a way that is satisfactory from a product support perspective, I'm now likely to make religion out of this matter.

My advice is stay away from this business........ far away.
