My Wife and  I loved with Our children growing up, and went camping often throughout the years, we,ve owne 4 ifferant makes, models and sizes throughout these years. Our kids are grown and we decided to buy yet one more camper for the two of us and occasionally 1-2 grandkids or such. anyway we bought a BRAND NEW Keystone Bullet 308bhs to accomadate future camping outings. On our first trip WE noticed the ac was EXTREMELEY loud (LIKE A JET ENGINE ) so much that yo ould have to turn the TV volume all the way up in order to hear it, this is not enjoyable we called the dealer to arrange inspection and repair. Upon arriving home from the first trip and as we parked it and began unpacking we noticed ceiling trim coming off the ceiling as well as trim at floor where it meets thre wall. the dealer fixed minor trim pieses and replaced thermostat, wich did not address the noise. on our next trip we still had a VERY loud ac, and also discovered the outside sink does not have any water, as well as more trim falling off and an additional outside skirt over wheel well which was tightened on first trip to the repair shop and it is now cracked and in need of replacement. This unit has been it the shop more then it is used for camping. it is self destructing going down the highway each time we use it.

First: I work for a Combined Auto and RV Dealer. Keystone is not one of our manufacturers.

I understand how frustrated you are with the problems but, and therre is allways a Butt, what you are describing is very very minor trouble.

The only issue you are going to have to fight for is the AC Noise.

A secret the RV industry as a whole doen't advertise is that the Retail Purchaser has more pull with the factory than the Dealer does.

I think the bigest problem is your dealer. Call Keystone direct. They will need the 17 number "VIN" to identify your trailer.

Be polite, the first person you will talk to is a zero power dummy that will need to get permision from a manager to make any promises. Do not list all the problems you have had, just what needs to be fixed still, and that you are unhappy with the Dealer.

Be aware this will take a while.
