Did some transcripts verbatim from recordings off an old MP3 player of interviews of not-so-nice women of the streets.  Was supposed to have extensive inner-city ghetto-type understanding of that kind of talk.  I have been doing that kind of transcription in excess of 10 years and currently work for more companies doing this kind of work.  I have NEVER had an exception on transcribing for the other companies.  This woman gave me recordings of the women who talked low, too fast, and everyone talked over each other.  I was told do transcribe in "clean verbatim" which means taking out the slang, stutters, filler words (like, okay, etc.) and cleaning up the slang, which I did.  I got the transcripts back saying that she suddenly did NOT want the slang, ghetto talk, etc., taken out of the women's transcription; to just clean up the moderator's speech.  That is NOT verbatim.  Also, she said I missed parts of the recordings, which I did, but I designated those areas as (unintelligible) as usual.  She said that her proofreader didn't get all the verbatim either.  So she cancelled the rest of the contract and said maybe she would send me something "easier" later.  This is a ripoff.  She changed the rules becaus she doesn't want to pay for the transcripts that have been done.  This woman is a scam artist who is trying to pay a pittance for rush work that is very hard to understand.  She was to use an expert transcriber like a beginner.
