Well, within about 12 hours of filing a paypal dispute, I got a message that my items had been backordered and there was a tracking number for a shipment. I got the package a few days later; it contained 2 similar items to the actual item I had ordered (1 good and one defective). Since its approx. equivelant value and the order is south of $30 with shipping, I'm just going to end this complaint and find my item elsewhere. It would have been nice if they had contacted me and let me know there was an issue with my order before waiting 2 weeks and not hearing anything though.
