My wife bought from this company online,not knowing that they were a ripoff.She ordered some items for christmas for me,and after waiting for more than 2 weeks we decided to check the status of the items,only to discover that they have been doing this for years.After a bunch of failed attempts to contact them,i am trying this........someone needs to shut these idiots and crooks down
