king of swords - millennium empire corporation they charged me 78.78 for a sword and never sent it,its been 7 months and i still have not been credited,order was made on april 26 2009 marietta, Georgia

i ordered a sword for my son on april 26 2009, they charged me $78.78 in 5 seconds,this was a present for sons birthday.we waited weeks then months to no avail we never got it.So we proceeded to ask for our money back.I sent endless emails and called 50 times if not more.They replied maybe 3 times and said my visa would be credited or a check would be mailed to me.Neither happened!!!They also have no live people that answer the phones but if i leave a message they will call back,they never did.But if you want to order something they call back in 5 minutes!!When i tried doing that and got a live person and tried to tell them what my problem was they hung up on me!!!It is now the end of october 2009 I still have no credit for $78.78!!!! mary jones the order number was 126151 made under anthony jones his sparda6767@yahoo.com was his user name on king of swords
