King Of Swords Never sent me my order Marietta Georgia

On December 7th, 2007 I purchased 2 swords from the website, on December 10th my credit card was billed for the purchase and the status was updated to order recieved. Since then I have not received an update, i called them right before the holidays to see if my swords where shipped out, but had not heard back from them.

And now it is over a month from the intial order and i have called their support line every day so far for the past few weeks, and have atleast twice a week emailed them. And still have not heard anything back from them, and still no swords.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are very unprofessional and do not care about the customers what so ever, if they did they would atleast contact me back or pick up the phone to tell me where my swords are.
