Kixeye Complete and coarse disregard for non-paying customer....and the pillaging of paying customers san fransisco california

 I am sitting here wishing I could get a group of players of kixeye's battle pirates to start a class action lawsuit.

First, let me start with, i am not a child....i am an adult player over 50.  This is not a tantrum or attempt at childish retribution. 

I have played Battle Pirates for a considerable time period now....invested money and large blocks of time trying to develope my account in this game.  Sadly when i started, you could play the game very competively with little or no funds as the game advertised.  Now....with the removing of several protective rules and level reorganizing....plus the reworking of ships and weapon specs.  Have forced many to quit or coin.  Now the raids and missions have been designed with coinage in mind....the time frame and difficulty of the raids/missions force you to coin or not get anywhere.  prizes are setup to keep the money players on top of the food chain and reward those already doing well.  I have kept on playing and paying in hopes that kixeye will grow a heart and realize that free means free and not your account is free but you must pay to have anything.  Also their tech support is cruel and dont care about anything but then bottom line....profit.  They are refered to as glitcheye for a reason....crashes and freeze ups are rampant...costing the player time, money, and resources.  All of these come out of our pocket and all they can do is the same tired excuses everytime.  Rights are rights....promises are promises....anything else is a cheat and a lie!
