Kixeye Kixeye Games Banning for no reason and stealing money San Francisco, California

Hey,  this is about another member of battle pirates that was banned for no reason.  I have worked very hard, and spent alot of money to get where I was.  When banned I asked why?  They said they had proof of cheating.  I have never cheated.

There was a guy hacking facebook accounts and sending me information regarding cheats, exploits, programs to use for battle pirates and I always ignored him.  He then took over my step-fathers account and got that banned too.  

I started the most recent lightning raid,  encountered glitches.  First glitch included my ships when they get back are at full or half health.  Research instantly finishing.  I reported this the last raid and was thanked.  I reported another ticket to let them aware its still happening.

They turn around and ban me, my family, and friends.  

I gave them information on everything, user ids, the programs that were being sent, messages and with dates.  They then offered to reset my account with the FULL amount of gold I spent.  I said yes.

I log on to find out I only got half of what I spent, went through my facebook spending history sent them the files, and they denied that they only gave me half.  Now they wont respond at all.  Sorry but that is theft, and fraud.  Why don't they try sell me snake oil next?  

I am going to be reporting this to facebook, ripoff report, the bank i am associated with, and the better business bureau.  I am not going to be another bullied customer.  Most companies value their customers and so should they!!! I want my account BACK or my money!!!
