Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Kleritec advertised a discounted arts/crafts pack. They then said that part of the order was on back order and would be shipped at a later date. We were then charged $1,215.70 for four seasonal packs. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue and seemed proud that they were able to execute the scam.
