Kleritec Products sent to us when we did not order them! Harassing our business using fake phone numbers on our caller ID. Sylmar California

We were notified by Kleritec of an offer on craft supplies so we went ahead and purchased a box. When the order came in, we paid the amount due. A few months later, we received another box of craft supplies (that we did not order). When I called Kleritec, asking them why they sent us another box, they told me that some of the supplies were on backorder and so this was the rest of our first shipment. I was fine with that until they sent us an invoice for the "backordered" supplies. After a few months of refusing to pay for this, I reluctantly paid the total amount due. Several months later, we started receiving phone calls trying to solicit their craft supplies to us. I, repeatedly, told them "no" because we still had a lot of supplies left over from the first shipment. A few months ago, I received a box of craft supplies in the mail anyway, even though I did NOT agree to this purchase whatsoever. Now, they are flooding us with harassing phone calls, demanding payment. They are also using local phone numbers in our area to disguise themselves when they call. One representative actually called and claimed to be our bank!! We've received a couple of more calls, showing a local number on our caller ID. When we hang up and call those numbers back, they are local people from our area who have nothing at all to do with Kleritec.
