Kleritec shipments not ordered, priced different then discussed, low grade products, no returns, bad business ethics Sylmar California

Kleritec representative calls you and describes this great offer on art and craft products that they will ship at a huge savings. There is no discussion about about reoccuring shipments or that nothing can be returned.

I ordered a shipment  to try and paid in full with 2 payments.  They called back a couple months later describing the same deal.  I explained that we didn't care for or use some of the products in the previous shipment.  She seemed unaware that I had ordered before and offered to switch some of the products out for some we might use more.  I agreed to one more shipment and again paid in full.  The price is very high for the quality and amount of products received so we decided to not to use them anymore.

Apparently, they sent a 3rd box sometime later that a staff member signed for and we didn't order.  Now they want payment on this box and said they would refuse a return so I would be wasting my money.  I explained that I didn't order it and she said that I had 4 in total coming and I that I need to pay but she would reduce it and close out my file and not send anymore.  

I am refusing to pay for something I didn't want. they have no contract that I signed up for this, the products are low quality and they won't take them back stating they are in pre packed boxes.  Yet, when I wanted to switch some the items could be substitued.

I looked them up on the BBB, Ripoff Report and a daycare site all with several complaints about similar issues!  When I mentioned this to them I was told the BBB was out of business because or false reports and that I should research Southern Cal on the issues and problems with them.  I told her I had a business to run and no time for that nonsense.

This company is a not a quality one, I would not recommend or purchase anything from them and their attempts to right a wrong were feeble at best.
