They called us, telemarketing out of the clear blue sky, and made a great-sounding offer for some art supplies and school supplies. We placed an order. ONE order.
Not only was the first order of merchandised not as represented, they tried to ship us additional phantom "back orders" of merchandise.
They had promised us brand-name products, such as Crayola crayons and such, but the shipment was all off-brand, unknown garbage that was barely usable.
When they called to ship us the "back order" we told them we didn't see a back order on our original statement, that we didn't want it because we were unsatisfied, and asked them not to ship it. They shipped it anyway. It arrived a few days later, left at our doorstep.
Turns out, you can refuse a FedEx shipment after delivery, if the original packaging is intact. The only thing is, you have to take it to a FedEx corporate shipping center. So, I did. It was a two-hour round trip, but it was worth it for the money involved. And, you want to refuse it, because you will NEVER get a return authorization from these jokers. If you do that, make sure you save the FedEx receipt with the tracking number so you can prove it.
We also cancelled the debit card the original order was placed with.
So, if these folks call, hang up. Do NOT order from them. You'll be sorry if you do.

Kleritec called us again today after receiving the refused shipment back at their office. In spite of the fact that I had seen the FedEx rep write "REFUSED" on the box with a red marker, the Kleritec guy (who refused to give us his name, by the way, only identifying himself as a Customer Service Rep) tried to tell me that the FedEx driver had had "a little trouble finding our house." He wanted to verify our address so that he could re-ship it.
I told him under no circumstances should he ship that stuff to us. We didn't want it in the first place, and we don't want it now. He said "you can't do that, that's not how it works."
I said "Yes it is how it works when I'm dealing with a scam artist. If you send that box again I will refuse it. If you try to call us again we will not talk to you. You have your merchandise, we don't want it, and you can keep it. We've done our homework on this kind of scam."
He said, "Well, then who is going to pay for all this shipping cost?"
I said, "You are. It's not my problem." And I hung up.
