KNIGHT TRANSPORTATION who really is working for knight carlisle, Tennessee

here is how messed up knight is ... get this ....

1 - there safety manager gary boring gets fired fall of 2009 for having unadvanced sexual relations with multiple drivers

2- his successor, doug filson , takes over safety and is fired for unprofessional conduct with a female driver

3- they had a terminal manager marat who went on vacation to russia and came back to be demoted and since then, jose the one who took over, seems to be loosing more drivers and doesnt seem to care ... the terminal was ran better by marat when he was in charge but they dont seem to care .. its all about the almioghty dollar

4- there is a woman driver out of the carlisle, pa terminal that if you dont do what she says and if you are not on her good side, she will have you fired for b.s. reasons like sexual harasment and etc .. knight in phoenix dont seem to do anything about it cause they are afraid of her bring up some lawsuit to them ... she has had a few drivers fired and a few have quit and the manager jose knows this and doesnt care ... i guess doug didnt either cause she was the reason he was fired ...

they will run you illeagal until everyone has the electronic logs cause thats how they are.. they will have you run sams club loads that are over weight and illegal cause thats how they are .. they will have you run hazmat loads when you dont have a hazmat license ...

they will dispatch you to run them loads when the weigh strations are closed but still they know whats going on ... they dont care ..

kevin knight needs to stop looking at his bank book and start looking at the men and women who make that bank book look good ...

i know there are a few people out there who will defend knight and that is ok .. you do that, but when they finally screw you over, you too will be in others shoes...

they had me loose everything twice and they were to garnish my child support and since you dont get a paycheck stub from knight UNLESS you already have internet access in yoru truck cause they dont like it when you want to go home after 2 1/2 months on the road, you dont know if you had it taken out or not until you get home and you get a letter in the mail 7 weeks before hand saying if you dont show up for court you will have a warrant for yoru arrest... that is only a few things that i have experienced and seen when i was with knight.. i was with them for a year .. thats a year that i cant get back ... but if anyone who reads this still wnats to go to knight, just please keep an eye out for the ones on the office ...

i am not saying dont go, i am saying watch out for yourself, cause you are the only one there who cares if you stay or leave ... as fast as you will leave they will have you releaced within the next week ...
