I TOOK MY CAR THERE TO HAVE WORK DONE ON IT,THEY PUT IT ON THE LIFT AND BROKE MY BRAKE LINE,THEN THEY WERE PUTTING SOME PART ON MY CAR AND CUT THE BOOTS OFF WHEN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO REUSE THEM,THEN I TOOK MY CAR BACK THREE TIMES TO GET LINED UP CAUSE THEY ARE SO STUPED THEY COULDN'T GET IT DONE RIGHT,FINALLY I HAD TO TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE DONE.
THEY HAVE NOTHING BUT ASSHOLES WORKING THERE WHO DO NOT CARE WHAT THEY DO TO YOU CAR,THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY FIX IT OR NOT,THEIR SH!# THEY HAVE ON TV IS JUST THAT SH!#!THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BIG RIPOFF!

I don't remember you addressing any issues about this complaint directly to me.I am the manager for this store and I will do anthing reasonable to make this right to your satisfaction.
